The hotel is spotless and the staff is very helpful and friendly. the location is great with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. - There is easy access to restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

The hotel's location was perfect, next to a Halal restaurant, and Union Square and the cable cars. Downtown San Francisco district was definitely worth visiting.

Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

Great Location:** the spot is super convenient for exploring the area. 🏙️ **Newly Renovated Rooms:** the standard king room has been recently redone and now boasts comfy beds and a nice bathroom setup.

Located ideally near Union Square. Room with bath en-suit was clean and prize for one night was ok. A bit noisy although the room faced the court. Overall a good deal for a couple of nights in San Francisco.

It lacks in atmosphere and style. Personnel at the desk friendly but quite "cold" and the rooms quite anonymous. Breakfast is a joke: you get it "standing" in the lobby. Only coffee or tea (when I arrived at 800 am only Decaf) ant toasts!

The room was comfortable and very quiet, the bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable. The area is great, as long as you don't go in the direction of Ellis Street. Housekeeping was very good.

Breakfast was very minimal, only sweet stuff like dough-nuts. Wireless Internet could be very slow at times.

The location of this place was excellent, being very close to the shopping area.

Everything is pretty basic, but in a really good sense. Don't expect anything fancy, but simply value for money. Clean rooms and facilities, pretty decent breakfast and good location. I spent 6 nights here and didn't expect I'd like the place so much.

Fantastic location right next to Powell St BART stop, close to cable car station, BART stop for the airport, Union Square, and Market Street.

Great stay, thanks for the continental breakfast, cereal would have been great though. Staff very friendly and maid service excellent. Good coffee. Very cute painted ceiling in the room that we stayed in.

The location was about as good as it got... That itself wasn't even that great. Be sure to encounter drug dealers and hobos the second you walk out the door!

The room stank of stale urine and was muggy. Way over priced!
